CEO & FOUNDER
Sascha Jahn
Sascha is an experienced property developer and manager, having worked on global projects across Berlin, Frankfurt, Lisbon and Stockholm. His idea for NakedUrban was born in 2019, and he’s been laying the groundwork since — with the aim of addressing the urgent needs of Germany & the Netherlands’ student accommodation markets.
Day-to-day, Sascha works on development, organisation and management of student properties in Northern Germany.

The need for student housing in these underserved, smaller cities is urgent and constant: it is a necessity at all times, making for a steady demand that isn’t currently being addressed by the market.
NakedUrban can make and run student housing with the speed, quality and tech-focused approach that modern students expect. Working with cities themselves, this combination means students can start moving in, paying rent, and thriving in their new communities much sooner than with conventional construction.
